About Alere

I believe that one of the most powerful ways to help children is by supporting the adults who surround them.

Children grow within relationships. The way we communicate, set boundaries, respond to emotions, encourage independence, and navigate challenges all shapes their development.

But parenting isn't about getting everything right. Our children don't need perfect parents. They need parents who are willing to pause, reflect, learn, repair, and keep trying.

That is the space I want to create through ALERE.

Parenting coaching is not about finding a magic solution or being told what you should do. It is about having a space to step back, understand what may be happening beneath the challenges, and take a closer look at what is and isn't working.

Together, we explore the strategies you are already using, decide what is worth keeping, rethink what may no longer be working, and build new strategies that fit your child, your family, and your reality.

The goal is not simply to understand what is happening. It is to leave with practical ideas and concrete actions you can try, observe, and adjust as you move forward.

You already know your child better than anyone. My role is to bring a professional perspective, ask the questions that may be difficult to ask on your own, and work alongside you to find a path forward.

ALERE brings together my experience in psychology, education, coaching, and parenting to help parents feel more confident, connected, and intentional in the way they accompany their children.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful change in a child begins with a change in the adult beside them.

You don't have to figure it out alone.
